I will do the wreath delta background with the third delta (top row) in on fourth image (bronzish looking) background.

If you can find a pic of an ambassador class that you could put on the plaque that would be amazing but if not that is totally fine. Any suggestions or further info?

Sure thing. Just make sure you provide all the info needed, from one of the earlier posts, though if you look through the others, you can see I did some additional thingers in some cases. Just let me know what you want and I'll try to accommodate, time permitting.

For the emblem, i'll take the laurel wreath, with the outline Starfleet emblem.

Do you need names for hte plaque?

Ummm, so the original plaque has multiple columns of names that are actually just staff members from the Star Trek shows. I CAN put those in, if you prefer, or replace them with other names.
