Good afternoon,

I am writing to request security access on behalf of Ambassador Neema Perim for all of the reports and recent intelligence related to Terran Admiral Neema Perim.

Though the Ambassador is no longer an officer of Starfleet, her work continues to see her in close association and the Terran Admiral’s actions while here in our dimension have had an indelible impact on the Ambassador’s reputation in the local region. I believe that granting the Ambassador access to our reports and collected knowledge will give her an enhanced understanding of the various circumstances and increase her ability to successfully carry out her duties on Starfleet’s behalf.
