DESCRIPTION OF EVENTS:

Commander Samaras and Lieutenant Valore approached the bar at the Event Horizon Lounge, and both were visibly and audibly agitated about the appointment of the new Executive Officer of the 38th Fleet, believing that we are headed for inevitable war. During this exchange, there was some physical contact between Samaras and Valore, and at least one glass of wine was consumed by Samaras.

This interaction quickly became personally and emotionally charged, with the officers exchanging barbs and blaming each other for the situation. Samaras approached Valore aggressively and squared up, exchanging a few more words before she physically shoved Valore out of her way to leave the lounge.

It is the opinion of this officer that the way Commander Samaras conducted herself was unbecoming of an officer of her rank and title and that she should be reprimanded accordingly.
