The USS Forrestal (NCC-98417) has openings that are available for immediate staffing. If you are looking for a tour on one of the fleet’s few carriers, and wish to be part of a crew that is like family, you may have found your next duty posting! Below, are the listed positions, and the rank range, and experience required/requested.
Chief Engineer- (Lieutenant-Lieutenant Commander). Applicant is requested to have at least three years posting aboard large starships in Engineering. Combat experience is a plus. Applicant will be responsible for all engineering tasks assigned to department, as well as engineering tasks requested by the stationed carrier air wing.
Chief Security Officer- (Lieutenant-Lieutenant Commander). Applicant is requested to have at least five years posting as security staff aboard large vessel or station. Away mission experience is required. Applicant will be expected to present a security plan specific to this vessel upon interview.
Helmsman- (Ensign-Lieutenant). Applicant is requested to have at least one year experience helming large vessels. Combat experience is a plus. Simulator scores may be requested, and should be made available.
Medical Doctor- (Rank not required). Applicant is requested to have three years experience post medical school. Experience aboard large starships and stations a plus. Combat medicine experience is a plus. Applicant has room for advancement.
Science Officer- (Ensign-Lieutenant). No experience required. On the job learning is expected and required. If no prior experience, officer will be expected to report to the Executive Officer for regular evaluations. Applicant has room for advancement.
Valkyrie Pilot- (Ensign-Lieutenant Commander). No experience required. Reports to 10th Carrier Wing Commanding Officer. On the job learning is expected and required. If no experience, officer will be expected to report to both CAG and Executive Officer for regular evaluations. Applicant has room for advancement
There will be an open door interview session being held on Stardate 100662.6. Any applicant is invited to meet and interview with Captain Vel, and Lieutenant Commander zh’Vhenda.
