Hello Chief,
I’ll need a list of berths that are currently occupied by vessels as to not interrupt any scheduled repairs, maintenance or otherwise while work on the shipyard commences. Future arrivals to the station can be relayed to me as well so I can make the necessary adjustments. Also, I’m open to discuss anything else you might need from me in regards to the shipyard.

Hello Commander Flynn,
At present we only have the U.S.S. Mariner, in for dock, this ship given it’s list of tasks needed to correct it’s design flaw, is the only one I can see the need to work around until it’s time in dock is complete, which currently is estimated to be 90 days, unless there are any unexpected delay. I have included the current list we have for what work the Mariner will be undergoing, which should help with planning around it’s time in dock.
If any new arrivals need time in dock the information will be forwarded to yourself, and if any information I have provided is incorrect, I am sure Commander Khet will be able provide corrections as needed.
Let me know if you need any additional help and I will do what I can to provide the support.

Information recieved and noted. Due to the sensitive nature of the Mariner’s work I’ll be certain to stay clear of it, even diverting the shipyard’s backup systems to that area if necessary. I doubt there should be any issues though.
