Admiral,
While we discussed this for a moment over our meeting yesterday, I felt with the release of LT Tzedek’s report it was my duty to step forward.
May I state to you on record, this officer fully agrees with the aforementioned AAR and stand ready for further bear training, I take this as not only an issue of utmost importance, but one as an opportunity for learning and to better myself.
One might say, even, that this issue bearly touches the surface of my ignorance on such a pawsum display of negligence that I accept may stand on my record as evidence to lack of my, apparently, less than furfect handling of the situation.

Captain,
I have cc’d Lieutenant Reyes of the U.S.S. Endeavour. Please liaise with her regarding a personalised 1-to-1 session on the Bear Necessities. It is imperative you complete this posthaste, so that I can forget my worries and strife, and finally rest at ease following this entire incident.
