I've never really considered who looks enough like my characters to play them. I never modeled them off of real people so it would take a lot of thought.

Alright, first time I'm (seriously) doing this. For Keth I chose Elodie Yung, mainly based on her portrayal of Elektra in Daredevil.

It was a difficult choice for a very nuanced role, but for the role of Sii'Yasha Yira there was only one choice.
Cuz she's a cat.

Well... I decided to surf around and... although I am subject to changing it if I find better, this one might work for Alina.
I'm not taking the time, nor is my photoshop good enough, to add spots.

Emily Browning. She hasn't done a lot of stuff, most notably Sucker Punch, which I admit I never even saw. Apparently she is on a break from acting to do schooling now. Anyway, her facial features were hitting the right marks.. plus this image has short hair so it was a good representation (most other picks have her in long blond hair, likely from the aforementioned movie).

Hmm, this one has been puzzling me but I think Andrew Lincoln perhaps...with his British accent, not the American one. Problem is Andrew Lincoln has blue eyes whilst Sam has green.
I'll carry on thinking shall I?

So I had actually given up on casting D'Kera, but I think I've finally found the one actress that can do her justice. Someone that can capture her smug, self-assured demeanor. Someone that can end a perfectly pleasant conversation by grabbing someone about the throat and shaking them until they're quiet.
Ladies and gentlemen, Milla Jovovich.
Not photoshopped because nyah.

Michelle Forbes, the former Admiral Cain from Battlestar Galactica. From the clips I have seen of her in the show, I like her no nonsense approach to things, although she does seem to go a bit overboard near the end. I also like that underneath her sense of duty, and poise, is a someone who is human, and can show it.

I think Doona Bae could play Morgan. She's a little older than I'd like, but makeup can do wonders. Also, her voice is just about right too.

It was a long number of hours trying to determine which actress would be good for the role of Jekal, there was many factors to decide upon and just a few minutes before this I demoted one actress to the honorable mention role because I was impressed by the acting potential but not so much her voice for Jekal and my pick was replaced by another. I was mixed between finding two different actresses, one each for movie and tv, or just finding one for in general. I've come to one actress and two honorable mention.
1. Carrie-Anne Moss. Oh gosh wow. This was tough. I wanted someone who could show a wide range of emotions and still have that physical appeal, sorry Joan Allen. The role of Jekal, happy, sad, anguish, insanity, memorized. Lots of emotions, a challenging character. Matrix lady
2. Honorable mention, Emma Stone and Joan Allen. While Joan Allen has had plenty of experience and capable of expressing multiple emotions I feel as though the energy required to perform Jekal would be too much for her not to mention the role of Jekal would need to be filled by a younger actress. Emma Stone, if I were making a movie with Jekal and Jekal wasn't the main character but still needed to act out the major points in Jekal's life I would take a risk with Emma Stone. Her voice is slightly too deep when I picture Jekal but if I wanted a truly outstanding performance when it came to a moment where Jekal went all bat-crazy I feel as though Emma Stone might have some Kathy Bates/Misery talent hidden in there.

I think ER era Clooney would be favorable for Konie. Though current Clooney would also be appropriate.

For Max Ihlefeld, it could only be Robert Carlyle, whom I was sort of trying to channel when using the character the few times I have so far.

The above image is actually him as the character Dr. Rush from Stargate Universe (also part of my inspiration), which is where I know him from. I know he is more well known now from Once Upon a Time however.

Since Spine Snakes would either be CGI or animatronic, they'd need actors with great voices to truly get their emotions across.
For Ghadruil, the priest, I'd have to go with Ian McKellan, who has a commanding and authoritative voice. Perfect for Ghadruil.

Ulkesh, the ambassador, needs to also have a knowledgeable voice, but his voice also has to sound more friendly and approachable. Morgan Freeman would do well.
