One of the probes deployed for the Tupaia Initiative has suddenly ceased all functions after encountering a mysterious object. The USS Attar has requested assistance for the investigation.

OOC This is intended to be the starting event of a small, narrative-driven, campaign. Characters of any rank are free to join, though for plausibility reasons no more than two ships (plus the Attar) will be present (on a first-come first-served basis).

Is it okay if Lesyak joins w/o his ship (Aspasia)? We can reason ship was left behind in Attenborough system to complete the survey. That way I can come aboard (Felenn is on Mariner, searching for that Azedi dreadnaught), but other two ships can join the Attar.
