This event is ideally conceived for Libra Squadron members, being mainly a scientific and exploration-oriented mission. However, there is no reason why members of other Squadrons or DS13 crewmembers should be barred from joining. Other ships are also welcome, as long as there are not too many of them: in this case, precedence will be given for the actual presence of Libra units or more science-oriented vessels.
