Rumor has it that Chassy S. Quaen can only be found on the job or in her quarters, and that she's stopped talking altogether.
Rumor has it that Chassy S. Quaen made a detour on her usual quarters-work-quarters route to stop by the lounge-- her foray into the 'real world' included dressing down an inebriated enlisted man and confiscating his combadge to be reclaimed in Ops once he regained unhindered cognition.
Rumor has it Chief Decker got hammered in the lounge and got in trouble with a Commander who took his combage. He then took petty and comical revenge by placing and older, non-functioning badge on his uniform. It's said that he feels as though he has "Some 'splaining to do at ops tomorrow"
Rumor has it that Xerek Khal, one of the new Romulan "Captains" doesn't even have an official commission with Republic Command... and that he and his crew are essentially Militia sent to augment Argo's upcoming Squadron actions. Romulan Cannon Fodder?

Rumor has it Captain Traise does a pretty good Razor impression, t'eh.

Rumor has it that a couple of basic reading PADDs, stripped of all but the absolute minimum functionality, were recently delivered to the brig. One titled, A Treatise On Trill Culture and Society. The other, Grow Up Your Ego: Ten Scientifically Validated Stages to Emotional and Spiritual Maturity.
Rumour has is that Eli Altais has been spotted in two different locations on the starbase at the same time, one with his usual white hair and beard, the other with brown hair without a beard.
The witnesses state they must have just worked longer than they realised.

In a totally unrelated manner station computers reset section by section today follow a strange amount of unfamiliar code being shown on monitors, engineers state that it was just the system updating to add the new sections to the station network, and not to worry.
Rumor has it that several junior officers and crewmen were passing by Captain Dewey’s XO office on the Starbase and could hear yelling behind the closed doors. No one could tell what was going on or who, other than Captain Dewey, was in there but individuals noted a significant amount of course language, yelling, and then silence after a loud “thud” was heard. After several moments another loud “thud” was heard followed by laughing from Captain Dewey and another unknown person.
Rumor currently has it around the station, that among the Utopia Fleet Yards ~ dwelling deep into the engineering cults, the name Thomson as been etched into an object, known only as "The Wall". This object has a collection of names, and one of the individuals on this object - which was chosen out purely at random from the vast member list - is former Starfleet Captains, Kurt Boyson and Marcus Davenport (Who both have the fact they lost fine vessels of the Utopia Fleet Yards. Coincidence of course). Many speculate what the object represents, yet no one has dared to comment if such the object is symbolic, or if it actually exists... after all, just an idle rumor... of course.

Utopia Planet Ship Yards refuse to comment on the matter.
Rumor has it that Lieutenant Stoddard of the U.S.S. Benjamin won his Three Dimensional chess match against Commander Quaen via forfeit. The man seems mystified- evidently he had been losing.
Station Scuttlebutt is that Commander Sierra of the Albion "struck" Captain Razor of the Toronto and then promptly reported herself in to security immediately after. Some Ops staff claim she slapped him while others report him being laid out by a punch. Official documentation from the incident has been sealed.
Rumor has it that when the Bulwark went to Earth to assist a duty officer's medical problem, Lt. Cmdr. Ellia Corrano went to Starfleet Academy to go see her adopted father, Captain Strider Kan. They spoke about her career in Task Force Argo before being told to go see a officer from Starfleet Intelligence. Ellia went back to the Bulwark before being seen by the Intelligence officer.
Adding to the list of abuses Razor has suffered since returning to Outpost Argo, it's now circulating that Commander Chassy Quaen has also had an altercation with him in the corridors of the recreation deck, outside the gym. They are said to have been carrying on a lively discussion when Commander Quaen suddenly knocked Captain Razor to the floor, some sources say with a palm strike or leg sweep while another version has her grabbing his arm and swinging him clear over her shoulder. Similarly, there's no clear consensus on what provoked the attack with versions of the rumour ranging from Razor openly mocking Chassy's demotion to attempting to kick or bite her little dog, who was also with Commander Quaen at the scene.
