((OOC: This is a ROLL CALL for all characters in command of a starship to post a reply to this thread.
Your reply can take any format you'd like, as long as you make a post for each Captain. If you'd like to write an IC status report, feel free. If you'd like to write some prose about your character reading the command memo and getting reports from his/her senior staff, or write a captain's log, feel free. If you can turn this into something to RP in-game with your crewmembers, that's fine too, share the log!
If you don't want to do any of that and just want to be done with this and get back to RPing, that's also perfectly fine. The absolute bare minimum reply must only contain the name of the ship and captain, and the current status. For example:
Ship: USS Vanguard
Captain: Leonard Malone
Status: Operational
Thanks in advace! ))

![]() | TO: VADM N. Perim, 38th Fleet Command FROM: CAPT A. A. Timoreev, U.S.S. Attar STARDATE: 94178.2 SUBJECT: U.S.S. Attar Status Report | ![]() |
Admiral,
First of all, allow me to congratulate with you for your promotion and your return back at Deep Space 13.
The U.S.S. Attar actually stands in drydock, after having sustained extensive damages in battle. Repairs, which I supervised personally, have been ongoing for a few weeks now, and are almost completed. The most damaged parts of the vessel were the lower decks, since an enemy ship rammed into them. The reconstruction of two decks was required before getting the ship back into operation, but thanks to the efforts of DS13 Engineering Department the process went smoothly, and is near completion.
All systems work inside the established parameters, the weapon inventory has been fully resupplied, together with our anti-matter reserve. I'm still waiting for ten new crewmembers to reach Deep Space 13, but I've been informed that their arrival is imminent. Also, my Chief Engineer has worked out some interesting minor boosts to our sensors, particularly the lateral ones, that I intend to implement during these last days in drydock: they could be useful for our laboratories here on board to get more detailed data on planetary bodies under proving circumstances.
All considered, I can estimate that the Attar will be fully operational and out of drydock in no more than three days.
However, the ship will remain at DS13 until further orders from Admiral Konieczko, pending an investigation about these recent events.
If you have any further inquiry, or if you would like to personally inspect the vessel, I'm at your complete disposal, sir.
Cordially

Vice Admiral,
A call to greeting and gratitude for your correspondence <<chirp>> I have just learned of the transfer orders for The Oculus to the 38th Fleet 14.4 hours ago, so the timing of your status request is efficient <<chirp>>
The Oculus is currently in the Thanatzrim system 15 days, 16 hours into our current mission <<chirp>> We are under cloak and in geosynchronous orbit of a new lunar mining operation established by the Thanatzi people 4 months, 12 days ago <<chirp>> We are following up on a study of this system after the USS Bala Cynwyd discovered the inhabited system earlier this year <<chirp>> Our assignment is to conduct high resolution scans and thorough xeno-anthropological analysis of the Thanatzi cultures as they reach this new threshold in their interplanetary exploration <<chirp>>
Our preliminary findings suggest cause for concern <<chirp>> The Thanatzi appear to have similar biological reproductive processes to the Kobali <<chirp>> Unlike the regimented culture of the Kobali that morally aligns with most Federation precepts, the Thanatzi appear to be considerably more aggressive and lacking apparent concern how they acquire an intact body for their genetic transformations <<chirp>> We have witnessed them routinely cannibalize weaker, less capable individuals within their society; using merciless and quite painful methods of execution <<chirp>>
The concern is not what they do within their own society, but what they might do once they achieve the ability to leave their star system <<chirp>> There are two pre-industrial civilizations within a 1 parsec of the Thanatzi system <<chirp>> and the nearest Federation colony is 9.3 light years from their system <<chirp>> I have directed our science officer to conduct projections on their astronautic capabilities, and estimated timetable to achieving warp travel capabilities <<chirp>> I will include these analyses once the reports are available <<chirp>>
My science officer and intelligence officer estimate that our data analysis will be complete in 16 days <<chirp>> I will continue to provide reports according to the timetable of standard Starfleet protocol <<chirp>>

TO <VADM Perim> CC <> FROM CAPT Emery Quint SUBJ Operational Readiness Report | ![]() |
Vice Admiral,
The USS Victory is in full operational status. All systems from our last engagement during the battle at Bajor that were damaged at now at 100%. Further Gemini Squadron has been on Reserve duty since Stardate 94045.7 (Jan 17, 2018) so all ships have recently undergone dry dock inspections and evaluations.
I've put forward a request to access the data logs from our various encounters with Species 2492 so as to begin a tactical work up. The intention being to prepare some general strategies to employ in the event of hostilities, which as it stands I fear may come to pass as readily as not. I've also taken part in the recent recognizance mission to locate the missing civilians taken by Species 2492 and would like to remain tied into those operations as well.
I have a few small windows of open time throughout the remainder of the week but my primary openings will be the coming weekend. If anytime you happen to have free for a meeting crosses I'm flexible in my scheduled.

TO ADM Perim FROM CMDR Pecius SUBJ RE: Starship Readiness Report |
![]() |
Admiral Perim,
I am sure it will be a pleasure to work with you, I've only heard good things from those within the 38th who know you.
That said, while I would like to list the R.R.W. Caratacus as ready the ship unfortunately isn't at the moment.
We have been assigned to be on ready status in the event of Hurq activity (following their Emergence and attack on Bajor) and to perform combat drills in the meantime. Unfortunately during one of those drills, a Singularity Jump, the Caratacus' new Proto-matter Singularity Drive destabilized. We are having trouble with the recalibrations and given the nature of both Singularities and Proto-matter I'm not taking any chances.
While the R.R.W. Caratacus is usually an able member of the Romulan Detachment, the ship will likely be unable to stand ready until the end of the week. A few days tops.
Furthermore, I am looking into the feasibility of requesting a Lukari engineer to serve aboard my crew; they are the experts when it comes to stable proto-matter technology as far as I am concerned. At least, it will go a long way to prevent this kind of accident from happening again any time soon.
But, when my ship is ready again, you'll have it at your call.

Admiral,
The USS Camelot is continuing to maintain a Starfleet presence out in the Doza and Kelterre sectors in line with Libra Squadron orders, as it pursues any and all leads regarding the Branded Lady that are revealed from the captured computer core on board.
The crew are in good spirits and health. The Camelot continues to function at peak efficiency during our extended deployment in deep space and our continued force projection in the region has ensured that no additional destabilisation has occurred as fall out from the recent sudden events against the Tzenkethi and Drantzuli.
The USS Camelot remains ready for rapid redeployment in response to the fleets needs or when acting on efforts spearheaded by the USS Valley Forge.

![]() |
Admiral,
USS Lexington is currently at full operational status. We have not undergone dry dock inspection since stardate 94749.6 when the Lexington underwent her final check after her journey from the Utopia Planitia Shipyards to DS13. The results of that inspection deemed the Lexington mission capable, and all following routine checks during docking and evaluations by the engineering staff have rated the ship as functioning optimally. As of the latest engineering report from 2 hours ago, all systems are online and all facilities are operational except for Laboratory One on Deck 3, which is undergoing modification for hazard containment as a response to the overgrowth incident on the station and the squadron's current examinations of scientific equipment seized from the Branded Lady's forces.
Our current primary assignment remains the charting of unknown space and the exploration of the systems within. Our secondary objective is the investigation into the Branded Lady criminal group and the safeguarding of Federation territory and assets from said group. The Lexington is currently holding position approximately 16 light years from DS13 in the Kelterre Sector.
