- A team testing a scientific device were thrown back hundreds of years in time to witness the early days of a species known as the Bleggin. Luckily, the time stream was protected, and sensor readings taken from the planet are now a popular attraction in a Bleggin history museum. And the day was saved by mango juice.

Starbase and Facility Operations
- The station was elevated to yellow alert for a period of sixteen hours, following the report of unauthorized weapons fire in engineering. Security teams continue to handle the clean-up and follow-up investigation. A Full report can be found: HERE.

- At approximately 18:00 Starbase time, A person who appears to be Security Chief Rex emerged from the lower works of the Outpost. He is listed as stable in Medbay

Threat Assessment: Mercury Squadron continues to see significant operations in the Beta Ursae sector. As well, the Voth front has proven to be more challenging with an operations team there still looking for a missing commander. However, the most significant intel event was the discovery of a changeling on the station. The changeling was impersonating Chief of Security Rex. The discovery was aided by a Cardassian who had knowledge of the changeling. Its possible that significant starbase systems were infiltrated by the changeling over the past several months.

Starbase and Facility Operations
- Security team Farpoint, along with guests Captain Sant, Cross and Uglay, took part in Major Nof'a'ce's updated Tactical Boarding scenario of the stations main cargo holds. The team passed with a just below top score of 85%.

- After a two week absence from the Stations space, the U.S.S. October has returned with a full tactical compliment refreshment, 300 new cadets and 64 new Starbase crew transfers from Deep Space K-7.

- A strong energy ribbon was detected with a flight trajectory heading well within the safety boundary's of the Outpost. Following a short burst of antiprotons from the U.S.S. Endurance, the station escaped with only minor turbulence. Sadly it was reported soon after the incident that Commander Bav'uols antique vase collection didn't survive the ordeal.

Threat Assessment: The task force saw another attack by Klingons this week, this time on the nearby Starbaes of 891. This continues to mark an increased threat from the Kling forces along the neutral zone. It's likely they have completed their rebuild after the devastating loss of their fleet at the battle of Starbase 381. We also encountered a Breen incident along the Briar patch area of the Regalus sector block. A Breen heavy battleship was destroyed by Starfleet forces while trying to conduct a rogue attack on the Federation. More details about this can be found in a classified report.

Threat Assessment: Pirate activity has been steady, recently. The independent mercenary group, Renegade Security Consulting and Combat Services, has put out a recruiting call for combat troops. Mission Parameters: Extreme Risk. Its likely the pirates are planning a big raid, though their current target remains unknown. Activity from the Klingons , Borg, Voth, Undine and Breen have been lower, however. There has , however, been talk of alternate universe incursions recently, though no specifics on events.

Notes have been passed to investigating bodies. A full autopsy report can be found: HERE.

- Commander Faerith's former command, the I.R.W. Dawn of Autumn, has been sighted carrying out raids against pirates and remnants of True Way forces. Survivors have yet to be reported. Captain Faerith remains missing in action

- Heavy Orion Syndicate activity has been detected in the Xarantine Sector Block. Captain Morton is requesting further forces to combat the threat. The full request can be found: HERE.

Colonial Command Operations
- No significant operations in this area this week.

During the trip, the ship made an emergency leave from Risa to Vulcan, but returned the following day to transport the starbase crew home.

Starbase and Facility Operations
- No significant operations in this area this week.

Threat Assessment: Our main threat in the past week has come from direct contact with Orion Syndicate ships in the Xarantine Sector. Intel predicts that these types of attacks will continue to grow. We have downgraded our assessment of Cardassian separatist organizations in the Beta Ursae sector due to intel recovered by Captain Noisewater during operations there, this past week. We deem them less of a threat than previously thought.

Communications Center was also overtaken by a Tal Shiar Agent, but was thwarted by members of security. Both Tal Shiar Agents were brought into custody by security, but immediately killed themselves via Felodesine Chips.

Threat Assessment: This week we saw threat activity from pirates in the Eta Eridani sector as well as Tal Shiar infiltrators on the starbase. The starbase security issues are being looked in to at this time. We did not see any Klingon activity this week, however its possible that the Klingon front could be heating up, given intel reports of Klingon fleets massing along the demilitarized zone. General Fleet Operations
- The USS Okinawa and its crew has been officially transferred into Task Force Argo. They've been assigned to Mercury Squadron.

- Several Task Force Argo ships participated in the defense of Qo'nos and Earth from what is being called the Great Undine Assault, which resulted in the near destruction of Earth Spacedock. After the battles, all TF Argo ships were called back for debriefing and discussion. During the debriefing, Undine forces attacked DS13 with both ships and telepathic abilities. All attackers were destroyed, and telepathically controlled personnel subdued. Follow on actions have been taken to prevent Undine telepathic abilities on the station, on Task Force Starships and for away teams.

- Elements of Task Force Argo operating in the Solanae Dyson Sphere have reported the abrupt appearance of Undine forces. Allied forces began clashing with the Undine immediately, and protracted battles have continued since. Initial reports indicate the Voth have also been the target of Undine aggression, preventing them from capitalizing on the disarray as Allied Command redistributes its forces to counter this new threat.

- Captain Fulagsu has sent out an official request to Argo Command and Commodore Ashworth to send reinforcements in order to fight the new Undine Threat.

- Contact has been lost with the U.S.S. Thermopylae in the Bellatrix Sector. At last contact she had engaged a small Borg task force. She has been officially listed as Missing In Action. The U.S.S. Juno has been dispatched to investigate. A report on the disappearance can be found: HERE.

- New reports from the Solanae Dyson Sphere indicate the Voth have lost significant territory to the Undine, who are using it to establish a staging ground in our universe. The Voth continue to refuse overtures for a cease fire.

- A Federation-wide alert has been issued following reports that an Undine Armada has breached the Jenolan and Solanae Dyson Spheres. All communications with Allied Command ceased at 0447 hours.

- The Romulan Republic flotilla operating in the Nimbus Sector reported that it was engaging Undine forces at 0511 hours. There have been no additional communications since.

- Starbase 114 in the Celes Sector reported Undine on long range sensors at 0557 hours. There have been no further communications. The subspace communications blackout has extended to encompass all of the Celes and and Kassae Sectors as of 0615 hours.

- As of 0800 hours Commodore Ashworth has issued a general order to all Task Force Argo elements to break off from current assignments where possible and return to Deep Space 13 pending redeployment.

- Further investigation in the detainee Getri Esahr has determined that he did originate in an alternate universe. A classified report on the findings can be found: HERE.
