Senior Officers: 53
Vessels: 31

- Task Force Command has requested a transfer of the detained Orion personnel to Sector Command. Sector Command has approved and the USS Hewett is standing by at K-7 to head to Outpost Argo for the transfer, pending approval.

- After suffering damaged from its stardrives' warp core breach, the Chevron section of the Alarimas has returned to Starbase Argo with its Aquarius craft, following the incident at Starbase Praetorian.

- After returning from the battle at 381, the USS October's experimental deflector dish passed testing procedures with flying colours. As of when the repairs are completed, the vessel shall carry the standard NCC registry.

Threat Assessment: Klingon advancements have been mitigated this week, likely because of the loss of their armada at the Battle of Starbase 381. However, we have seen an increased threat to civilian vessels in the Beta Ursae sector block. Also, Borg incursions have increased along the Task Force's northern border. It is anticipated that as system patrols and convoy escorts are increased the loss of civilian craft will decrease but the over all incidents will increase as the threats respond to the larger Starfleet forces with their own increased patrols.

Operational elements have also been dispatched to investigate possible True Way attacks in the Beta Ursae sector. Finally, reinforcing elements have been sent to Tau Dewa and the main Sirius sector blocks to ensure stability there. There have been no indications of Gorn or Orion activity in the past week.

- No significant scientific or medical operations were undertaken this week.

Starbase and Facility Operations
- The Shipyard Facilities of Outpost Argo have begun the final stages of construction towards its next upgrade. Completion date has been set for 10 days.

Threat Assessment: The retaking of the Ker'rat System from Klingon occupation forces is another progrssive sign of the lessening Klingon influence in the local area. One minor incident involving True Way extremist was handled by system patrols. The most significant and new threat this week was the Romulan Empire Tal Shiar threat that the USS Moirai encountered in the Tew Dewa sector. The threat was significant and extra Task Force vessels had to be dispatched to assist the Moirai.

On a threat related note, intel teams are closing in on the otherwise forgotten former Commodore of the Task Force, R'zo-vek. It's possible further intel could lead to significant developments in the story.

Recent Activity:
- Ships from Task Force Argo have assisted supporting elements in defending Starbase 294 against a Klingon incursion. A full report can be found: HERE.

General Fleet Operations
- In keeping with planned space dock availability schedules, the R.R.W. Crateris has been recalled to New Romulus for retrofitting . Subcommander E'Matclazon has transferred to the R.R.W. Raptor.

- The fugitive R'zo-vek has been apprehended and is in transit to Outpost Argo, held in custody by the U.S.S. Albion. The report on this operations has been redacted, but its format can be found: HERE.

- After the unfortunate destruction of the U.S.S. Somerset at the hands of the Breen, few survivors escaped, and fewer asked to be reassigned.

- Subcommander E'Matclazon has returned to the starbase via New Romulus after returning the Raptor in order to retake command of the retro fitted D'deridex Crateris.

- The ISS Raven, apparently a vessel belonging to 'Captain' Penny BlackKnife, is docked at the base. BlackKnife claims she is awaiting a transport of supplies and a Federation representative who will take charge of a number of Refugees.

- Subcommander E'Matclazon has been ordered by the Republic to undertake operations against the Tal Shiar in the Alpha Centauri and Tau Dewa systems.

- The U.S.S. October received a distress call at 22:00 hours and responded to the call. The U.S.S. October diverted towards Drozana station, where a Ferengi vessel had been caught in a light skirmish. The situation is on hand, and diplomatic talks are now occurring onboard the October to reach a conclusion.

- The R.R.W. Raptor has returned to the Argo Starbase in order to take on supplies. She departs again in two days.

- Construction operations have begun on expansions to Outpost Argo. Engineering Captain Eli Altais is reportedly swamped with duties as a result.

- Shipyard Construction Facilities have completed refit work on the U.S.S. Albion's Aquarius Destroyer, the Hibernia. The craft can now operate for extended periods and on with minimal support as per normal craft of the same class.

Threat Assessment: There are unsubstantiated intelligence reports indicating the possible return of the Klingon General and former leader of Strike Force Kargas, Wrot'Ka, to the K.D.F. This could indicate organizational and leadership changes in the Klingon forces immediately opposing our forces along the Klingon-Federation border. Operations have seen an increase in both Breen and Cardassian True Way activity to our sector's flank and remote regions. Finally, the recovery of the fugitive R'zo-vek may indicate recent changes to criminal elements in the region. It is unlikely his capture would rate a retaliation response from those elements as intel indicates they did not like him either.

Threat Assessment: We haven't seen as much enemy activity in the past week. This is primarily due to fewer patrols in and around out sectors this week and not associated with a draw-down in threat forces in the area. It's likely as operations return to standard levels that we will see an uptick in engagements again. Several Task Force ships have, however, been involved with support to Starfleet ops to counter the crystalline entity threat. We expect this to continue for at least another week, if not longer.

Threat Assessment Current hostilities in Etai Eradani have somewhat lessened in intensity. The Klingon empire seems satisfied at the moment to honor it's temporary coalition with the federation concerning the recently discovered Dyson sphere. Continued friction between the True Way movement and powers in Beta Ursae continue to cause dangerous tensions in the region In Tau Dewa is also the Iconian Gateway that has been commandeered by a joint coalition and ultimately lead to the discovery of the Dyson sphere that most Alpha and Beta quadrant powers are involved in defending against a new enemy. The Voth seem content at this time with skirmishing in and near the Dyson Sphere for the time being. We do not know if that will change. In closing we believe threat levels to be at an all time high, given the multiple fronts that starfleet in engaged in.

Cardassian and Bajoran ships in the Beta Ursae sector continue to be attacked by Cardassian Separatist. Federation ships are also at risk, prompting further federation presence in the area. The Elachi seem especially active now with the unintentional reactivation of many Iconian gateways across the sector. It is believed that Elachi raids can be expected to escalate, perhaps even into deeper federation territory.

When we arrived several other Breen vessels also arrived and attempted to destroy the defectors. We engaged and disabled the Breen attackers. The defectors vessels were destroyed most the defectors made it to escape pods. One Breen Battleship was in the middle of a mutiny when we arrived. We beamed over tactical teams. The USS Bala is escorting the recovered ship to Starbase 39.

Threat Assessment: With Mercury Squadron sending more resources to assist with the increasing threat in Beta Ursae sector, we have had limited vessel for anti-piracy missions along the Eta Eridani main transport spine. This has limited our engagement with forces there. Klingon operations continue to be on the down side. Currently the Task Force is reacting to a resurgence of Breen defectors and actions to be taken when they attempt to make contact with Federation vessels. We have already had incidents were our forces have had to act against Breen Confederacy forces attacking defectors.
