I am attaching three recent AARs about a group formed in the Alpha 7190 sector, rather frustratingly called the “United Planetary Federation”. Would you have time to sit down to discuss how we should proceed? As the reports state, the UPF are not exactly friendly with us, but failure to come to an agreement will hinder exploration efforts in the region.
