Subj: Defence of Tri’Vokil
By approval and appointment of Starfleet’s 38th Fleet Admiralty I have taken temporary operational command of Starfleet assets in-sector prudent with the defence of Tri’Vokil from Romulan Star Empire hostility. As such I am requesting all vessels currently operating in the AO to report in system for Task Force assignment from now until its dissolving once threat of catastrophic loss of life has been negated.
Vessels in-sector to respond to this memorandum with acknowledgement of their orders along with an estimated time of arrival.
Senior Officers are to familiarise themselves with current system affairs and annotate related After Action Reports if further inquiry is required. Due to the scale and urgency of this situation Commanding Officers displaying disregard to this outside of reason will not be tolerated and potentially face disciplinary recourse.
Alongside our allies within the Romulan Republic and JSI Contingent, who have fought valiantly beyond measure in the colony’s defence already, Tri’Vokil will not fall.

The Attar has recently come back from a month-long deep space survey at the outskirts of our Fleet AO. We are currently heading back to DS13 for routine maintenance and a brief shore leave, but we are currently fully operational and our stay at base should not take longer than a few days.
Thereby, we are ready and glad to assist in whatever capacity the situation may require.
