General Fleet Operations
- LTJG Muirgen Finney has been reassigned to the USS Valley Forge.

- An away team was sent down to Hydrae II to gather more information about the Borg presence there. Two officers remain on the planet to aid the Resistance, whilst another expedition is planned in a few days time.

K-7 RELOCATION OPERATIONS
- The USS Akagi returns to K-7 with the USS Zulu in tow. The Zulu has sustained some light damage and is queued for repairs.

- The U.S.S. Akagi arrived at DS13 to drop off supplies for the engineering team just prior to the start of Gamma shift before returning to K-7.

- IKS Daramar, IKS K'p'on and OSS Vilad leave K-7 and head back into Klingon space. IKS Mo'qug and IKS Sad'ak continue with mapping and scouting the Azedi space. Rest of the KDF relief convoy stays at K-7 to provide support.

- The USS Victory returned to K7 long enough for Captain Quint to disembark. He later boarded a runabout and left for Earth. His leave paperwork puts him back in four days.

- Admiral Perim has departed K-7 for Sol, to attend Federation Council hearings on the loss of DS13.

- LCDR Sedai has departed K-7 for a short, three day visit to Sol. Counseling issues should be directed to LCDR Cedano in the interim.

General Fleet Operations
- The U.S.S. October has diverted to Deep Space Thirteen to drop off standard supplies before departing for Deep Space 9.

- LCDR Sulayman al Firawn has been made the Commanding Officer of the USS al-Haytham.

- USS Melqart prolonged its patrol and is currently in the Doza Sector.

- Following two months in Azedi captivity, the following officers have been recovered: CAPT Ailes, CAPT Levesley, CMDR Caspius, CMDR Jarnefelt, LCDR Kermit, LT Vangilder. SCDR Llaiir has been confirmed KIA.

- Following a brief layover at Deep Space 9, the U.S.S. October made an unscheduled arrival in Sol, the vessels return to K-7 has been adjusted to Stardate: 95013.5

- A tactical withdrawal of Starfleet assets has been ordered from the Tower Keep System by SD95032.3. Report here.

- U.S.S. Akagi, Atlantis and Attar converged on a distress call sent by the S.S. Ruzakad. The ship, expected at K7 with computer cores due for DS13's repairs. All crew members were missing. USS Akagi returned the freighter and its cores to DS13.

Scientific and Medical Operations

Starbase and Facility Operations
- A temporary Onboard Command Post was established in the main engineering section of Deep Space 13. Communications were also re-established between Talos Junction and Deep Space 13. Report here.

- Repairs to station's shield generators and major computer cores have been completed, with minor delays. Report here.

- Major structural repairs (hallways, supports, bulkheads, etc.) to the station's interior facilities have been completed. Report here.

- Newly constructed docking ring was attached at extension C of the starbase's docking ring section and fully tested for sustaining life support. Report here.

- Reports are Alina Mandra has returned from her leave on Trill and is back in temporary command of the U.S.S. Asimov.. which is still performing mobile lab operations in Sherman system.

General Fleet Operations
- After a long range patrol, the U.S.S. Avalon has returned to K-7 with Captain Rosewood in a comatose state.

- The Body of Subcommander Llaiir has been handed over to the RRW Lykara, which departed for New Romulus for burial.

- Rear Admiral Konieczko has once again assumed acting command of the 38th Fleet 'Argo' following Vice Admiral Perim's sudden retirement.

- Pursuant to orders from Admiral Perim, Commander Caspius has been returned to active duty, promoted to Captain, and assigned as Station Commander of Deep Space 13. He has been taken to DS-13 aboard the U.S.S. Akagi.

General Fleet Operations
- The Endeavour moves to Yellow Alert as preparations for Operation Agincourt begin. Report here. Upon successful completion of the Operation, Endeavour stood down to regular operating status.

- The Kestryl Runabout Llair has departed k-7 for Mol'rihan.

- The RRW Saeihr has completed a successful test of its latest Singularity Upgrades. The Report can be found here.

- The USS Watchman assisted the USS October with a complete re-calibration of the 'October's sensor matrices, this following an initial fault detected within the JAWS Omni-Sensor suite.

- Vice Admiral Enzian Amiri has taken command of the 38th Fleet. See the announcement here.

- The U.S.S. Valley Forge and U.S.S. Opportunity succeeded in assisting in uncovering the accidental murder of two racing pilots. The suspect is currently held in custody aboard the Valley Forge.

- Captain Tau Thiessen has been relieved from command of USS Atlantis as of stardate 95054.3.

Scientific and Medical Operations

Starbase and Facility Operations
- LCDR James Kermit has been appointed Acting Executive Officer of DS13, and CMDR Hanson has been appointed Acting Chief of Operations.

- Repair and rebuilding of external structures, including hull plating, windows, doors, hatches, and bays, has been completed. Full station repressurization has been achieved. Report here.

- Inspections have been completed on starbase tactical systems, with weapon arsenel repaired or rebuilt, tested, and calibrated as necessary. Report here.

- Internal security of the station has been confirmed with the return of the starbase's security complement. Report here.

K-7 RELOCATION OPERATIONS
- The USS Melqart, after a short refuel and resupply time on K-7, departed for another patrol.

- The USS Akagi hands over custody of Nahal to K-7 at the end of Gamma Shift.

- IKS Mo'qug and IKS Sad'ak return from Azedi space. After sharing the scouting information with K-7 command, both ships head to Klingon space.

- The U.S.S. Lamia, Europa class, has arrived at Deep Space K-7 and assigned to Taurus Squadron.

- The USS Endeavour encountered an abandoned freighter enroute to K-7. All 29 occupants were found to be killed. Report here.

General Fleet Operations
- The U.S.S. Kassandra has arrived at DS 13 slightly ahead of schedule and has assumed defensive duties.

- The U.S.S. October has arrived at Deep Space Thirteen following stock rotation and an ordnance checkup.

- Captain Thiessen arrived on DS13 via shuttle and took command of a smell engineering team. The group then departed to begin repairs on the docked USS Freeman.

Scientific and Medical Operations
- On Stardate 95068 Deep Space 13's Medical Department returned to the station following the sterilization and restock of medical facilities.

Starbase and Facility Operations
- Station's secondary and support systems have been restored and brought back online. DS13's operations department has also returned to service. Report here.

- Station's medical facilities have been fully sterilized and restored to pristine state. The station's medical personnel have returned to service. Report here.

- Station system shipyard and transwarp hubs have had critical functions restored. Minor repairs still ongoing, but facilities are now considered online and in service. Report here.

- Stations auxiliary craft, including escape pods, have been fully replenished and are ready for service. Report here.

K-7 RELOCATION OPERATIONS
- USS Melqart returned to K-7 after its last patrol.

- The U.S.S. Endeavour has returned from her mission, with NCC 1895 and a freighter in tow.

- Subcommander Settra Vikall has transferred to the RRW Saeihr to assume the role of Chief Tactical Officer

- With Captain Skye's return from her short leave, the MacAlpine goes into a flurry of activity in preparation for its launch following the completion of its repairs on stardate 95072.1

- As of Stardate 95064.5, Commander Joshua Everett has been promoted to the rank of Captain. His new command, the USS Everest is expected to arrive by stardate 95070.

- The U.S.S. Bark has been deployed for Hydrae II as per orders here.

- The RRW Tuttalius has been reassigned from the detachment during the Mol'Rihan rotation.

- A task force led by the USS al-Haytham made a successful First Contact with the Nelaraans. Report follows here.

General Fleet Operations
- The USS Everest has resumed it's mission following a diplomatic hearing with the Vice Admiral and Juneyd.

- The USS Endeavour departs for the Nelara System to relieve the USS al-Haytham.

- Captain Aloran began an indefinite leave of absence today. He departed for Tesr with his family during the transfer of remaining personnel to Deep Space 13.

- The 38th Fleet Romulan Detachment has returned from Mol'Rihan.

- USS Victory returned from extended patrols of Taurus Squadrons outer ranges.

- Command of U.S.S. Axiom is transferred to Commander V'lol - Captains Desimone and Thiessen depart for a short medical leave to Sol.

- Lt Commander Jal'Shan has put in for two-weeks leave, though he will be staying local on DS-13.

- Following up on Seres Avlin's advice, the independent Warbird 'Vixal' -- Under Novum's command -- arrives at New Circini to begin shopping for supplies for the crew, and amenities to sell at Deep Space 13 pending its reopening to civilian traffic.

- Following prolonged multi-mission exploration and patrol, U.S.S. Opportunity returns to DS-13 for refueling and resupply.

Scientific and Medical Operations

Starbase and Facility Operations
- Fleet Command, and DS-13's remaining assigned personnel, returned to DS-13. A brief reception followed.

- A DS13 work crew replaced the embassy fireplace with a holographic replica.

- Jack e-Buchanan tr'Veras stepped down as acting Director of the DS13 Academy Annex in order to begin teaching courses full time

General Fleet Operations
- Following negotiations with Nelaraan representatives aboard the USS Endeavour, Captain Morton has been temporarily returned to active duty.

- After docking with her freighter en route, the U(ranium) Fever arrives at Deep Space 13, with Novum setting foot on the station for the first time. The L.V. U(ranium) Fever later departed for Mol'Rihan, leaving Novum station-side with little more than her shuttle.

- Captain Derix has resumed command of USS Kassandra following the results of her evaluation.

- The USS Bark has docked at DS13.

- The Kestryl Runabout Hrini, travelling from Mol'rihan has docked at DS13.

- The USS Akagi and the USS Zulu have found Ensign Aruyo Lara and Crewman Jack Adonis, both whom were listed as presumed dead. Records have now been amended.

- Captain Coby Morton has returned from his extended leave of absence, resuming command of the USS October.

Scientific and Medical Operations

Starbase and Facility Operations
- Family and relatives of DS-13 personnel have returned to the station, along with additional security personnel.

- Captain Caspius announced an open personnel search for new chief officers for the station here.

- With the return of the USS Asimov the USS October has departed for a prompt two day shakedown cruise.

- The USS Endeavour returns to DS13 following the completion of all mission objectives.

- The USS October has returned to DS13 following a short shakedown patrol, no significant items of report.

- The USS Everest has returned to DS13, following their mission being competed as the crew was now given some shore leave for the moment.

- USS Melqart stopped temporarly to DS13, before departing for another standard patrol in the sector.

General Fleet Operations
- The S.S. Palukoo made a brief stopover at DS13 and, after eliciting permission, dropped off a single passenger.

- After having had to be towed to the station by the U.S.S. October for minor repairs, the L.V. U(ranium) Fever has now begun unloading its supplies delivered from Mol'Rihan.

- Attache Lev bim Bozgid has departed DS13 aboard FDC runabout U.S.S. Telemachus, bound for Tellar. Both returned about a full day later.

- A Task Force of ships, led by the USS Endeavour moved to stop a Borg fleet headed for DS13.

- House Llaiir's Warbirds (Vixal, Aonra, and Khazara) moved to assist in the conflict against the Borg vessels, and with the battle concluded, are now holding position nearby Deep Space Thirteen, of whom have taken in the Aonra and Khazara's injured.

- Following combat against the Borg Fleet, Captain Fiona Skye has been declared MIA persumed dead.

- The USS Akagi's star drive section was destroyed in the battle with the Borg Fleet.

- The USS Everest had stood down red alert after Captain Everett gotten word of the Borg Invasion fleet being destroyed. Captain Everett has gone aboard DS13 to check on the status of the station itself and those that was WIA.

- USS Kassandra suffered extensive damage while assisting in the defense against a Borg fleet headed for DS13.

- Commander Rinrana Rinrana s'Rllaillieu of the R.R.W T'Met has joined up with the Romulan Detachment that is assigned to the 38th Fleet.

- The USS Attar came back at DS13 after its last long-range patrol at maximum warp.

- The majority of the crew of the USS Kassandra has been granted a prolonged, 10 day Shore Leave as the ship awaits repairs. A skeleton crew remains to oversee repairs.

- After ensuring no wounded required attention Fleet Command allowed a Dominion Vessel to conduct emergency repairs before sending the vessel on its way.

Scientific and Medical Operations
- CMDR Soa zh'Lindresko has been appointed Chief Medical Officer of Deep Space 13.

Starbase and Facility Operations
- Crewman Jack Adonis has been taken into custody by Starbase Security.

- Deep Space 13 went to Red Alert in response to the approach of a Borg fleet. Two Borg ships which entered starbase space were destroyed with the help of U.S.S. Atlantis. Deep Space 13 suffered no damage, and stood down Red Alert.

General Fleet Operations
- With the respective wounded tended to, and its supplies offloaded, the L.W.'s Khazara and Aonra make for the nearest civilian repair yard, and the L.V. U(ranium) Fever begins its second round trip to Mol'Rihan, leaving the L.W. Vixal in the system.

- The Everest, after finishing it shakedown cruise and responding to a ally of the federation. The U.S.S. Everest had now remained around DS13.

- Crewman Jack Adonis has been released from the brig.

- Judge Advocate Jodie Halsing has been temporarily installed in the JAG Corps offices. Personnel with information pertinent to her ongoing investigation are encouraged to bring those tips to her.

- A new JSI warbird has been spotted in the traffic pattern. RRW Hache Llaiiraen's whites, blues and swooping lines make it eerily at home amongst Federation hulls.

- The U.S.S. Dallas has arrived at Deep Space 13 with severe warp systems damage.

- The USS Pegasus has arrived at DS13. Captain Nimitz has assumed command.

- The USS Rutledge has departed for the Utopia Planitia Fleet Yards with the Akagi's saucer section in tow.

- USS Melqart is back at DS13, orbiting around.

- The S.S. Palukoo arrived at DS13 and departed swiftly after retrieving their passenger.

- The USS Endeavour went to red alert briefly due to a computer system malfunction. She stood down soon after, when the problem was resolved. With all systems clear, the USS Endeavour departs on patrol.

- The U.S.S. Menway stops by DS13 briefly before departing an hour later.

- CMDR Tellara Zarath has been appointed Chief Science Officer of Deep Space 13.

Starbase and Facility Operations
- CMDR Dactylus Jekk has been appointed Chief Intelligence Officer of Deep Space 13.

- CMDR Rose Hanson has been appointed Chief Operations Officer of Deep Space 13.

- LCDR Elizabeth Kermit has been appointed Chief Engineering Officer of Deep Space 13.

- LCDR Vera Nim has been appointed Chief Security Officer of Deep Space 13.

- James Kermit has been promoted to the grade of Commander, and appointed Executive Officer of Deep Space 13.

- H'ajah, daughter of Shal, has been promoted to the grade of Lieutenant Commander, and transferred to Deep Space 13 Operations.

- Ambassador Perim has taken up residence on DS13 and the embassy offices are now open.

- Lt Commander Sakkhet has taken the Atlantis on the first 'taxi' run for new DS13 personnel.

- DS-13 reopened to civilan access (albeit it with very long delays due to low personnel numbers).

General Fleet Operations
- The U.S.S. William Ockham rescued an adrift transport carrying a musical group known as "Baying Brass." No one was hurt.

- With repairs complete, the USS MacAlpine departs on patrol.

- The USS Republic has returned to DS13 after a post-maintenance shakedown and crew rotation.

- U.S.S. Kassandra returns to DS13 after repairs and upgrades are completed.

- SF Intelligence has published updates for the following: Local Starcharts (link, Itrin link, Confederacy of Azed link.

- The USS Pegasus has departed on patrol.

- The U.S.S. October briefly stepped up to yellow alert during the early hours; a minor transporter malfunction involving several children was remedied following intervention from Starship Engineering.

- The U.S.S. Galatea has returned following a two year deep space exploration mission.

- The USS al-Haytham arrives at DS13 after a long patrol.

- The U.S.S. Attar departed from DS13 for the Forged Earth system.

Scientific and Medical Operations
- LCDR Sedai resumed duty in DS13 counseling.

- Starbase medical hosted the first of the newly appointed open-office sessions. Patients submitted were treated on scene, with inoculations offered to officers of both starbase and extended assignment parameters.

- After a brief internment on DS13, the Andorian Justine was released and left the station aboard the S.S. Accra.

General Fleet Operations
- The U.S.S. William Ockham has departed DS13 space headed for the Echomet System.

- The USS Pegasus and the Baton Rouge render aid on Isep Xedi after an outbreak of a plague.

- The USS Bark returns to DS13 carrying CAPT Bishop and 1LT Valencia.

- USS Melqart left in the first hours of the night for a patrol route in Doza Sector.

- The L.V. U(ranium) Fever concludes its second round-trip from Mol'Rihan, and moves to dock with the station to begin offloading supplies. Given the distinct lack of battle damage, the freighter managed to avoid trouble this time around. Likewise, now with the station being open to civilian traffic once again, the L.W. Vixal would have found an opportunity to offload and sell its stocked up consumer goods and general amenities from Circini Prime to the local shopkeepers.

General Fleet Operations
- The U.S.S. Harmony remains in station-keeping with DS13 as final system checks after maintained Transwarp flight from the Shakleton Expanse is completed. Ship's crew may continue to be seen about the station for a short period.

- USS Victory checked in during its long range patrol. All systems are normal and thus far no signs of illicit activity. Captain Quint estimates return to DS 13 by the end of the week.

Scientific and Medical Operations
- Deep Space 13 Medical is hosting several drop-in training opportunities for officers, and civilians alike, to gain some informal, basic emergency medical training.

- USS Shackleton has charted a small Bok Globule in Doza sector; the cloud will intersect Risa in approx. 15 million years.

- Captain Lyn return to DS13 after an extended leave of absence and reassumes command of the USS Eminence.

- The 38th Fleet held their annual spring awards ceremony recognizing the achievements and dedication of their officers. A full list of awardees is available here.

- The U.S.S Everest returned today from a deep space exploration mission. The ship and crew are given shore leave at DS13 while Captain Everett seeks to maybe take a step back from the captain's chair and possibly go back to engineering.

- USS Lexington departs DS13 and the 38th Fleet for DS9, where it will undergo final preparations before embarking on a 5-year mission into the Gamma Quadrant under the Deep Space Exploratory Corps.
